Society, Behavior, and Culture Exploratory Map

This program map only provides one possible pathway for degree and/or certificate obtainment and is for reference only. Please schedule an appointment with a counselor to develop your individualized Student Education Plan.
It is also important to discuss your transfer options with a counselor because each university will require specific courses.
Please be advised: Online courses vary by semester. Refer to the current Class Schedule for accurate online course availability.

Crafton Hills College offers more than 50 majors in the liberal arts and sciences, vocations and technical studies. To make your academic journey easier, we’ve organized our degree and certificate programs into five Career and Academic Pathways (CAPS). All majors have been categorized based on areas of interest, similar career paths, common required skills, and comparable coursework requirements to help students identify which CAP aligns best with their personality, interests, and major/career goals. There’s also an Exploratory CAP for students who have yet to decide on a particular direction.

The pathway below represents an efficient and effective course taking sequence for this program. Individual circumstances might require some changes to this pathway. It is always recommended that you meet with an academic counselor to develop a personalized educational plan.

The courses have been intentionally placed and should be prioritized in the order in which they appear. If you are unable to take all the courses in a semester, you should prioritize enrolling in the courses in the order below.

This pathway is NOT for degree and/or certificate obtainment and is for reference only towards helping students decide on their major/career objectives at the college.

This Exploratory map constructed of various introductory and general education coursework will expose undecided students to several disciplines within the Public Safety and Health Services CAP, helping them further explore their options at Crafton Hills College.
